These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our mobile application, website, and related services (collectively referred to as the “Platform”). By registering, accessing, or using our Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please refrain from using the Gaushala App.
Only licensed Gaushala owners are permitted to open and operate stores on our Platform. You must provide accurate, complete, and verifiable information during registration, including your valid license details. Customers must be at least 18 years old to make purchases. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
Sellers agree to list only genuine and lawful dairy products that comply with applicable food safety and trade regulations. Any false, misleading, or prohibited listings may result in suspension or termination of your account. Buyers agree to use the Platform responsibly, to provide accurate delivery and payment details, and to refrain from misusing any part of the Platform. We reserve the right to remove or block any content or user that violates our policies or applicable laws.
All transactions between buyers and sellers are processed through secure third-party payment gateways integrated with the Gaushala App. We are not responsible for payment delays, failures, or disputes arising due to external payment processors or bank issues. Prices listed on stores are determined solely by the sellers. Delivery timelines, refund policies, and product quality are the responsibility of the respective Gaushala owners, though we facilitate dispute resolution where possible.
All logos, trademarks, designs, and content appearing on the Gaushala App are the intellectual property of Gaushala App or its licensors. Users may not reproduce, copy, or distribute any material from the Platform without prior written consent.
The Gaushala App serves as a facilitation platform connecting Gaushala owners with buyers. We do not directly manufacture, sell, or guarantee any dairy products listed on the Platform. Under no circumstances shall we be liable for loss, damage, or expenses arising from product quality, delayed delivery, or any indirect or consequential damages.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any user account at our discretion if we detect fraudulent activity, non-compliance with these Terms, or any misuse of the Platform. Users may also deactivate their accounts voluntarily by contacting our support team.
We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect legal, operational, or service-related changes. Continued use of the Platform after such updates constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Lucknow.
