Refund Policy
1. Purpose and Commitment
At Krishna Yangauraksha, every product embodies the sacred principles of Gauseva (cow care) and Ayurvedic purity.
We are committed to offering ethically crafted, high-quality Panchagavya and A2 cow-based products. While we take utmost care in packaging and dispatch, we understand that rare issues may arise — and we handle them responsibly.
2. Eligibility for Returns and Replacements
You may request a return or replacement in the following cases:

Damaged, expired, defective, or leaked product.

Incorrect item received.

Package lost or undelivered.
To qualify:

You must report the issue within 48 hours of delivery.

Provide order details and photo/video evidence.
-
Product must remain unused and sealed in its original packaging.
3. Non-Returnable Items
We cannot accept returns if:

The product has been used, opened, or tampered with.

The order was part of promotional or clearance sales.

Damage was caused after delivery due to storage or mishandling.

The product is custom-made or specially prepared (like bulk or prasad orders).
4. Replacement and Refund Process
Once your claim is verified:

We’ll schedule a reverse pickup or ask you to ship the product.

After inspection:

A replacement will be dispatched immediately, or
-
A refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Refunds will appear within 7–10 business days after approval.
For COD orders, refunds are done through bank transfer or UPI.
5. Order Cancellation

Cancellations are allowed only before dispatch.

Once shipped, the order cannot be cancelled.

If payment has been made, refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days after cancellation confirmation.
6. Refund Delays
If your refund hasn’t arrived:
