Refund Policy

1. Purpose and Philosophy

At Krishnam Goshala, every product is crafted with devotion, purity, and authenticity.
Since our offerings are natural, Ayurvedic, and Panchagavya-based, we uphold the highest standards of quality and spiritual integrity.

However, we also understand that unforeseen issues may occur. This Refund & Return Policy ensures a fair, transparent, and compassionate process for all our valued supporters and customers.


2. Eligibility for Returns and Replacements

You may request a return or replacement under the following conditions:

  • The product delivered is damaged, defective, leaked, or expired.

  • You received a wrong product or quantity compared to your order.

  • The product was lost in transit or not delivered within the committed time frame.

To be eligible:

  • The item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.

  • The issue must be reported within 48 hours of delivery via email or WhatsApp, along with photo or video proof of the damage or error.

We reserve the right to decline requests that do not meet these eligibility conditions.


3. Non-Returnable Items

Due to the natural, perishable, and Ayurvedic nature of our products, returns are not accepted in the following cases:

  • The product has been opened, used, or tampered with.

  • The product was purchased during discounts or special promotions (unless defective).

  • The product was damaged due to improper handling after delivery.

  • Custom or bulk orders made specifically for you.

These measures ensure product hygiene and preserve the sanctity of Panchagavya formulations.


4. Replacement and Refund Process

If your return request is approved:

  • Our support team will arrange for reverse pickup or guide you to ship the product to our warehouse address.

  • After receiving and inspecting the product, we will either:

    • Send a replacement, or

    • Initiate a refund to your original payment method.

Refund Timeline:
Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days after product verification.
For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be made via bank transfer or UPI, based on details you provide.


5. Cancellations

  • Orders can be cancelled before dispatch only.

  • Once shipped, cancellations cannot be accepted.

  • If a prepaid order is cancelled before dispatch, the refund will be processed within 5–7 working days after approval.


6. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund yet:

  1. First, check your bank account or payment gateway for updates.

  2. Contact your bank or card issuer, as funds may take some time to reflect.
