Refund Policy
1. Purpose and Philosophy
At Krishna Gau Krupa, every product is crafted with devotion, purity, and authenticity.
Since our offerings are natural, Ayurvedic, and Panchagavya-based, we uphold the highest quality standards in every step of production.
However, we understand that unforeseen issues can sometimes arise — this Refund & Return Policy ensures a fair, transparent, and customer-friendly process for all our valued patrons.
2. Eligibility for Returns and Replacements
You may request a return or replacement only under the following conditions:

The product delivered is damaged, defective, leaked, or expired.

You received a wrong product or quantity compared to your order.

The product was lost in transit or not delivered within the committed time.
To be eligible:

The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.

The issue must be reported within 48 hours of delivery via email or WhatsApp, along with photo/video proof of the damage or error.
We reserve the right to decline requests that do not meet these conditions.
3. Non-Returnable Items
Due to the natural, perishable, and Ayurvedic nature of our products, we do not accept returns in the following cases:

Product has been opened, used, or tampered with.

Product was purchased during discounts or special promotions (unless defective).

Product was damaged due to improper handling after delivery.

Custom or bulk orders made specifically for you.
These policies ensure product hygiene, authenticity, and maintain the sanctity of Panchagavya formulations.
4. Replacement and Refund Process
If your return request is approved:

Our support team will arrange for reverse pickup or request you to ship the item to our warehouse address.

After inspection, we will either:

Send a replacement product, or

Initiate a refund to your original payment method.

Refund Timeline:

Refunds are processed within 7–10 working days after product verification.

For COD orders, refunds are issued via bank transfer or UPI, based on the details provided by you.
5. Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled before dispatch only.

Once shipped, cancellations will not be accepted.

If payment has been made, your refund will be processed within 5–7 working days after cancellation approval.
6. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund yet:

First, check your bank account or payment gateway.

Then contact your bank or card company — sometimes it takes a few days for the funds to reflect.
