However, due to the nature of personal care, food, and wellness products, we follow a limited return and refund policy to ensure hygiene, safety, and product integrity.

गौ मंदिर में हम ग्राहकों की संतुष्टि को महत्व देते हैं और उच्च गुणवत्ता वाले आयुर्वेदिक एवं पंचगव्य आधारित उत्पाद प्रदान करने का प्रयास करते हैं। उत्पादों की प्रकृति को ध्यान में रखते हुए, हम सीमित वापसी एवं धनवापसी नीति का पालन करते हैं।

Returns or refunds are accepted only in cases where the product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect. Any such issue must be reported to Gau Mandir within 48 hours of delivery, along with clear photos or videos as proof, to enable verification.

वापसी या धनवापसी केवल तभी स्वीकार की जाएगी जब प्राप्त उत्पाद क्षतिग्रस्त, दोषपूर्ण या गलत हो। ऐसी किसी भी समस्या की सूचना डिलीवरी के 48 घंटे के भीतर फोटो या वीडियो के साथ देना आवश्यक है।

Once the issue is verified by our team, Gau Mandir will initiate a replacement or refund, depending on product availability and the nature of the issue. Approved refunds will be processed to the original mode of payment within a reasonable timeframe.

हमारी टीम द्वारा समस्या की पुष्टि के बाद, स्थिति के अनुसार उत्पाद का प्रतिस्थापन या धनवापसी की जाएगी। स्वीकृत धनवापसी मूल भुगतान माध्यम में निर्धारित समय के भीतर की जाएगी।

Products that have been used, opened, or tampered with are not eligible for return or refund due to hygiene and safety concerns. Similarly, products purchased during special offers, discounts, or clearance sales are not eligible for return unless they are damaged or incorrect.

उपयोग किए गए, खुले हुए या छेड़छाड़ किए गए उत्पाद स्वच्छता और सुरक्षा कारणों से वापसी या धनवापसी के योग्य नहीं हैं। छूट या विशेष ऑफ़र में खरीदे गए उत्पादों पर भी यह नीति लागू होगी।

Gau Mandir shall not be responsible for delays caused by courier partners during return pickup or refund processing, although we will make reasonable efforts to assist customers throughout the process.

रिटर्न पिकअप या धनवापसी प्रक्रिया में कूरियर पार्टनर द्वारा हुई देरी के लिए गौ मंदिर उत्तरदायी नहीं होगा, हालांकि हम हर संभव सहायता प्रदान करेंगे।

Gau Mandir reserves the right to update or modify this Refund Policy at any time without prior notice. Continued use of our services after such changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
